About
I was born with VACRERL Syndrome, a rare physical condition that has affected my body. I grew up going to church and questioning God’s reasoning for allowing me to be formed in such a way as this. Once I was a senior in high school, I understood that this is more of a gift than it is a disability since many ask me about my condition. This gives me an opportunity to share the character of God with others through a conversation. Moreover, I understood my calling from the Lord once I reframed my thought process to truly having a renewed mind daily. Lastly, I am blessed to be married to my beautiful wife; Natalie for the past 6 years and we have two young boys that love to wrestle. I love watching or playing soccer with my students any time we can and discipling them any chance we get.
Josh has been in vocational ministry for over 6 years and local church ministry overall for 12 years. He has been in Associate Pastor roles with the main emphasis being Student Ministry. Josh began his ministry training at Carolina College of Biblical Studies where he earned a double Bachelor’s degrees in Biblical Studies and Christian Apologetics. He recently graduated with a Master of Divinity in Apologetics from Southern Evangelical Seminary. Josh is personally passionate about teaching students the importance of Christian apologetics as a lifestyle and explaining how disabilities are a great case for the existence of a theistic God.
Teaching Focus
Primary Teaching focus is going to be Classical Theism and talking about How Disabilities Show the Existence of a Theistic God.
